Salary: $84,364 - $88,400/Year | Licensure: BCBA/LABA/LMHC/LICSW
Who We Are:
BAMSI has been "bringing people and services together" since 1975. We are a trusted partner providing critical behavioral health services across Southeastern Massachusetts. This unique role places you at the heart of our community operations, ensuring clinical excellence where our services are delivered-in homes and day programs.
Why This Role is a Career Differentiator:
- Lead with Autonomy & Impact: This is not a desk job. You will be the clinical authority on the road, providing crucial leadership, supervision, and behavioral support directly within the community settings where our persons served live and thrive.
- Strategic Influence: Your expertise shapes care across multiple sites. You don't just manage a caseload; you oversee clinical quality, develop staff, and coordinate systems for a network of programs.
- Unmatched Variety & Purpose: Escape the routine of an office. Each day brings new challenges and locations, working directly with teams and individuals in their environments to solve complex problems and drive real-world outcomes.
- Valued & Supported: While independent, you are a key part of BAMSI's clinical leadership network, with the resources and backing of a large, mission-driven organization.
Serve as the primary clinical leader for assigned community-based programs, ensuring the highest standards of care through hands-on supervision, training, and direct intervention.
- Provide onsite support to residential homes and day habilitation programs to provide clinical supervision, behavioral consultation, and staff training.
- Lead Home-Based Action Team meetings and oversee the development of individualized, strengths-based treatment plans.
- Act as the vital liaison between programs, families, state agencies (e.g., DDS, DMH), and community resources to ensure coordinated, wrap-around care.
- Provide expert guidance to staff during crises and traumatic incidents, ensuring safety and promoting resilience.
- Competitive Salary & Comprehensive Benefits: Earn a strong salary with our excellent package including 4 weeks of combined PTO, 12 paid holidays, health/dental/vision, a 403(b) with match, and generous paid training/CEUs.
- Professional Investment: We invest in your growth with highly specialized, paid trainings and clear pathways for career advancement in clinical leadership.
- Autonomy & Trust: You are given the responsibility and freedom to manage your schedule and travel, applying your expertise where it is needed most.
- Meaningful Mission: Experience the profound satisfaction of seeing your clinical leadership directly improve the quality of life for individuals and the effectiveness of the teams that support them.
- Licensure: Current, independent Massachusetts clinical license (BCBA/LABA/LMHC/LICSW).
- Education: Master's Degree in Social Work, Applied Behavior Analysis, Clinical Psychology, Mental Health Counseling, or a related field.
- Experience: Significant experience working clinically with individuals with complex behavioral and emotional needs. Supervisory or leadership experience is essential.
- Skills: Exceptional clinical judgment, and the ability to mentor and train staff. Must be a collaborative leader and an effective communicator.
- Practical Requirements: Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel throughout Southeastern MA.
