Behavioral Health Clinician
Location: Brockton Hours: Fee-For-Service (FFS) Compensation: $27-$36/Hr

Our Home-Based Team (HBT) supports youth and families experiencing behavioral, emotional, developmental, or environmental challenges by delivering individualized, strength-based therapeutic services that foster resilience, self-sufficiency, and stability.
Our specialized PSB-CBT clinicians provide critical services to children ages 7–14 and their caregivers by delivering evidence-based treatment that reduces problematic sexual behavior, improves functioning, and strengthens family systems.

What You'll Do:
Provide structured, strength-based PSB-CBT therapy to youth ages 7–14 and their caregivers, addressing behavioral and emotional challenges related to trauma, stressors, and developmental concerns.
- Conduct diagnostic evaluations, individual therapy, family therapy, and group therapy • Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation and treatment records • Provide a minimum of three billable client contact units per week • Attend staff meetings, required supervision, and multidisciplinary team meetings • Obtain prior authorizations (insurance, Medicaid) and ensure service compliance • Participate in the 24-hour on-call rotation to support crises and emergency needs • Deliver services in the person served's preferred setting (home, office, or virtual) • Maintain required training and complete specialized PSB-CBT certification within six months
What You Bring:
Education & Credentials:
- Master's Degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related field required • PSB-CBT training preferred • LICSW, LCSW, LMHC, LADC I preferred
Experience:
- Experience with third-party billing preferred • Previous work with youth, families, or behavioral health treatment strongly preferred
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to deliver structured, evidence-based interventions • Strong engagement and communication skills • Competence in documentation and clinical record-keeping • Must have reliable transportation and a satisfactory driving record • Must be willing and able to complete PSB-CBT training requirements
