As a HR Process Specialist, you're responsible to build consistent implementation and measurement of HR processes, practices and guidelines. You'll partner with other HR functional team to manage business processes and propose improvements required by operations.
As an HR Process Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Owning and managing one or multiple HR processes, systems and/or tools, along with the enterprise standards
Elaborating proposals for improvement in approaches, methods, procedures and processes in the own field.
Handling communication with direct colleagues and the business about design and coordination services rendered.
Contributing to project as a team member.

To be successful in this role you will:
Have a Bachelor's from an accredited university or college with minimum 5 years of experience.
Be certified as Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt
Be able to demonstrate commitment to continuous improvement processes
