The role
As a Resourcing Coordinator, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Collaborating closely with our Resourcing Lead, you will be a driving force that ensures all recruitment onto the MEH project is a seamless and efficient process from start to finish.
Day to day, you’ll utilise your communication skills by engaging with various internal and external stakeholders and across the business to ensure the end-to-end recruitment process is followed. This allows the successful candidate to have great exposure to the wider business. You’ll also be expected to:
- Create approvals for recruitment dictated by the client.
- Be the central point of contact for stakeholders both internally and externally, as well as with our recruitment provider on internal referrals
- Supporting with weekly reporting and attending update meetings on behalf of the business.
- Own the shared drive ensuring all candidate details are stored/updated correctly and GDPR compliant and keeping the workforce plan updated for workers joining and leaving the business
- Creating and building offer packages for new workers and gaining the relevant approvals.
- Support the coordination of recruitment for the project
This role is a full time + 37 hour working week role. This role is fully remote. There is a requirement to travel to Hinkley Point C, Bridgewater as part of the role.

Essential experience of the Resourcing Coordinator:
- An excellent communicator able to handle difficult situations confidently and remove any restrictions to communications.
- Experience of working collaboratively to balance competing demands and priorities
- A driven individual who is able to successfully build relationships and negotiate to deliver results.
- Willing and able to act on initiative within pre-defined constraints.
The successful candidate must be able to achieve BPSS security clearance for this role.
