Requirements
- Support the development and maintenance of detailed project plans, schedules, and task trackers
- Assist in coordinating activities across internal technical teams, customers, and third-party vendors
- Monitor project progress, proactively identify risks and dependencies, and escalate issues appropriately
- Ensure project deliverables meet agreed-upon timelines, scope, and quality standards
- Work on projects involving core IT infrastructure concepts, including networking (IP addressing, firewalls, basic network security) and systems
- Serve as a liaison, translating technical requirements and constraints into clear, actionable project tasks for diverse stakeholders
- Review and contribute to technical documentation related to project delivery
- Actively support the implementation of our Quality, Health, Safety, and Security (QHSE) procedures within all project activities
- Help ensure compliance with internal and client-specific security and quality standards
- Participate in preparation for audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Prepare clear and concise project documentation, including status reports, meeting minutes, and action item logs
- Provide regular, structured updates to project managers and key stakeholders
- Facilitate effective communication during project meetings and customer touchpoints
