How You’ll Add Value…

As an Inside Sales Representative at Azenta Life Sciences, you’ll help grow our Services and Informatics business by generating demand and building a strong pipeline of qualified leads. Collaborating with Sales and Marketing teams, you’ll identify key opportunities and support revenue growth. Success in this role requires a solid understanding of lab environments, data management, and a proactive, goal-oriented mindset.

What You’ll Do…

  • Work within a defined territory or Services group to generate and qualify new leads and opportunities

  • Engage customers via social media and email campaigns, light cold calling, cross-selling & up-selling to existing customers

  • Manage the early sales cycle for opportunities in your territory

  • Work cooperatively with Marketing to develop promotional campaigns and messaging to build brand awareness

  • Build understanding and trusted relationships with prospective customers to identify the appropriate services and create great experiences

  • Coordinate closely with Management and track activities and opportunities

  • Build cooperative relationships with other groups within the organization to support the business needs

What You´ll Bring…

  • Bachelor’s degree in either a life science field, computer science or business management preferred

  • 2-5 years of professional inside sales or sales development experience in a fast-paced environment, high growth environment

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills; both verbal and written

  • Executes with an attention to detail, good time management, organizational and decision-making skills

  • Analytical and metrics-driven

  • Strong computer skills with all Office applications and CRM systems such as Salesforce

  • Experience with Sales Navigator lead generation a plus

Working Conditions/ Schedule

  • Fully Remote (Work from Home) position

  • May be asked to travel occasionally (anticipated to be around 10%)

United States Base Compensation: $77,000.00 - $92,000.00

The posted pay range for this position is an estimate based on current market data and internal pay structure. Final compensation may vary above or below this range depending on factors such as experience, education (including licensure and certifications), qualifications, performance, and geographic location, among other relevant business or organizational needs.
