  • Stay up-to-date with emerging trends and technologies in Drupal, AI-assisted engineering, and web development.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

  • Extensive experience in Drupal development, including custom module development, theming and Drupal 10/11. Awareness of Drupal CMS (Starshot) and the direction of the platform.

  • Knowledge of advanced Drupal development topics like multi-site architecture, caching, and database optimization.
  • Extensive, daily experience with LLM-based development tooling such as Claude Code, Cursor, GitHub Copilot, or similar — including prompt design, context management, and critically reviewing AI-generated code for correctness, security, and Drupal best practices.
  • Production experience deploying and operating Drupal on at least one major DXP or cloud platform — Acquia Cloud, Acquia Site Factory, Pantheon, Platform.sh / Upsun, or AWS.
  • Experience with integrating Drupal with external APIs and systems.
  • Experience leading a development team and mentoring other developers
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Understanding of performance optimization techniques and tools for Drupal applications and websites.
  • Knowledge of web security best practices and tools for securing Drupal websites.
  • Experience with implementing web analytics and tracking tools like Google Analytics.
