Your Job Responsibilities
- Lead technical discovery and translate business needs into HubSpot architecture, data models, integrations, and scalable systems.
- Build modular workflows, global/multilingual automations, and dynamic email ecosystems using HubDB, HubL, and programmable modules.
- Architect CRM automation across lifecycle stages, pipelines, routing, scoring, and attribution flows.
- Develop API integrations, Ops Hub automations, sync rules, and error-handling frameworks.
- Design and maintain scalable data structures, hygiene, deduplication, and governance practices.
- Build GTM automation for routing, nurturing, qualification, sales sequences, and lifecycle transitions.
- Support pre-sales with scoping, solution architecture, and technical demos.
- Create documentation, workflow maps, playbooks, and conduct QA across workflows, emails, modules, and integrations.
- Build dashboards for lifecycle, pipeline, automation health, engagement, and attribution to drive operational visibility.
Skills And Qualifications Required
- 5+ years architecting enterprise HubSpot across Marketing, Sales, and Ops Hubs, translating complex requirements into data models, pipelines, objects, HubDB structures, and system diagrams, with strong experience producing technical specs, architectural documentation, and scalable implementation plans.
- Expert in workflow automation (routing, lifecycle, deal logic, task automation), building modular, reusable, multi-language workflows at scale, and preventing recursion, conflicts, and logic drift.
- Skilled in HubDB, HubL, custom modules, and programmable email structures, including automated database-driven emails and multi-language/multi-market HubDB systems.
- Experience designing lifecycle stages, scoring, routing, pipeline automation, and task logic, creating the operational backbone for Marketing, Sales, and CS.
- Strong with APIs, middleware, Ops Hub custom code, sync troubleshooting, enrichment tools, and designing safeguards and retry logic.
- Expert in high volume data structures, hygiene, deduplication, taxonomy governance, and resolving sync failures or multi-source discrepancies.
- Experienced in discovery, scoping, demos, proposals, and explaining architecture decisions clearly; supports SOW creation and pre-sales engineering.
- Strong documentation and QA discipline, including workflow maps, diagrams, playbooks, testing, and training teams on complex systems.
- Ability to build dashboards for lifecycle, pipeline, attribution, and automation health with an understanding of scalable reporting structures.
