Your Job Responsibilities
- Customer & Business Alignment Connect daily delivery work to the client’s business goals and success metrics.
- Ensure delivery teams understand what matters most to the client and why. Surface insights and early signals that improve client outcomes.
- Delivery Orchestration Use AI-assisted workflows to manage status updates, risk logs, dependencies, and delivery hygiene.
- Maintain operational clarity across teams through structured communication and follow-through. Frame issues with clear options and impacts to support decision-making.
- Digital Transformation Awareness Translate customer maturity signals into delivery considerations. Communicate how features, releases, and decisions align with the client’s transformation goals.
- Contracting & Model Alignment Ensure delivery commitments match the engagement model (Fixed, T&M, Staff Aug, CD&M).
- Identify scope drift early and bring model-appropriate guidance back to the team.
- Advocacy & Storytelling Share compelling internal updates and customer success highlights that raise visibility of the team’s impact.
- Contribute to case studies, insights, and narratives that support customer retention and early growth signals.
Skills, Knowledge & Expertise
- Experience 5+ years in delivery, project coordination, engagement management, consulting, or digital services.
- Experienced in collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and design.
- Core Skills Strong communication and expectation-alignment skills. Ability to break down issues and propose clear options.
- Comfortable using AI tools for documentation, planning, and analysis.
- Understanding of digital delivery concepts (agile, releases, dependencies, roadmaps).
- Ability to see upstream/downstream impacts in delivery work.
- Basic financial awareness and comfort discussing scope & commitments, and familiarity with contracting models (Fixed Bid, T&M, Managed Services).
- Exposure to digital transformation programs or maturity assessments Experience with enterprise platforms (Drupal, composable stacks, cloud technologies) .
