We are seeking a Business Development Manager to increase top line sales and revenue, work with distributors, customers, and wholesalers to maximise sales growth, and create long-term relationships with partners.
Requirements
- Increase top line sales and revenue to meet company targets
- Work with distributors, customers, and wholesalers to maximise sales growth
- Create and harvest long-term relationships with customers, distributors, and wholesalers
- Implement sales strategies with partnered distributors and customers
- Conduct end-user calls to demonstrate, promote, and train end users on the product range
- Provide enhanced value by conducting joint calls and other tactical sale activity
- Train distributor representatives and staff on U-POL products and services
- Provide technical support for our products to distributors and end-users
- Attend trade shows and operate company displays as necessary
- Evaluate distributor performance and provide insights and recommendations to management
- Recommend appointment of new distributors where necessary
- Work in close co-operation with the National Sales Manager
- Support administration, operations, and management of the company
- Build and develop product range and technical competence
- Conduct targeted cold call activity
- Build and maintain relationships with customers, distributors, and internal team
- Represent the business in a professional and respectful way
