JOB SUMMARY

The Senior NetSuite Developer (Techno Functional) will work as part of the Avid ETG (Enterprise Technology Group) ERP Application team, working closely with the Global Finance & Accounting, Order Management and Supply Chain to transform business specifications into system capability, managing the end-to-end technical design, development, quality assurance, implementation, and on-going post-production operations management. Support ongoing system integration of corporate applications and process automation development.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the ERP system is driving value and efficiency for the organization.

• Develop, test and deploy customizations, custom objects and new NetSuite functionality based on evolving business needs.

• Guide the team in the creation and testing of future state business processes and script development.

• Design, implement and maintain configurations and customizations of NetSuite to meet the organization's business requirements.

• Provide end-user training and support, including onboarding new users.

• Support end-user requests for new saved searches, reports, key performance indicators (KPIs), dashboards, roles, and permissions.

• Maintain and support the NetSuite ERP applications and related 3rd party integrations for internal stakeholders.

• Identify, evaluate and recommend other key technologies required to support and improve the business process centered on the NetSuite platform.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NetSuite functionality, customization, and integration.

• Support and help manage the change management and release process for NetSuite.

• Provide front line support with regards to all aspects of NetSuite and data integrity.

• Develop, document, and implement policies, procedures, and guidelines to ensure data integrity and change protocols.

WHAT YOU CAN DELIVER

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Accounting, Finance, or other related field.

• Minimum of 6 years of NetSuite ERP implementation and administration experience.

Preferred Skills, Experience, Capabilities:

• Proven expertise across NetSuite Order Management, Supply Chain, Accounting, Billing, and Financial Management, including audit and internal controls.

• Strong hands-on experience with the SuiteCloud platform, including SuiteScript 1.0 and 2.x, SuiteAnalytics, SuiteBuilder, SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and NetSuite APIs.

• Proficiency in configuring and managing custom record types, fields, forms, roles and permissions, page layouts, saved searches, reports, with a solid understanding of the NetSuite data model.

• Successful completion of at least one full lifecycle NetSuite implementation, preferably supporting high-tech or subscription-based product business models.

• Extensive experience integrating NetSuite with third-party SaaS applications, including Salesforce, Concur, Workday, Zuora Revenue (RevPro), and similar enterprise platforms.

• NetSuite certifications strongly preferred, such as SuiteFoundation, SuiteCloud Developer, Administrator, ERP Consultant, and/or Financial or SuiteAnalytics User certifications.

• General or working knowledge in building and maintaining web applications, including front-end technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and server-side development concepts.

Aside from the minimum requirements and preferred qualifications above, the successful candidate shall possess the following behavioral traits and technical skills:

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, familiar with Jira and ServiceNow ticketing.

• Ability to trouble shoot issues arising from integrations with RevPro, Salesforce, and Concur.

• Knowledge of Order Management, Supply Chain, and Accounting.
