Averna is seeking a Senior Business Development professional to drive the growth of its automation testing solutions in Vietnam and region markets. The ideal candidate will have a solid technical background in engineering and a proven ability to develop and implement sales strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, preferably in Mechanical, Automation, Electrical, or Electronics.
- 5-10 years of experience in sales, preferably in selling technical solutions or machinery in the automation or testing industries.
- Proven track record in sales and market expansion.
- Strong understanding of automation testing machines or related technical solutions.
- Demonstrable experience in consultative technology solution sales.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on achieving results.
- Mastering English spoken and written is required; additional languages are a plus.
- A willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
