We're looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team and make a real impact as we continue to scale our EMEA organisation. The role will support hiring across a range of functions, including Sales, Customer Success, and Technology, with a strong focus on Go-to-Market roles.
Requirements
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for roles across multiple functions, with a strong emphasis on Go-to-Market positions
- Partner closely with hiring managers and Sales leadership to align on role scope, priorities, and hiring decisions
- Proactively source talent through referrals, direct sourcing, job boards, networking, and market mapping
- Own and effectively prioritise 8+ requisitions in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives, university partnerships, and employee referral programs
- Use recruitment data and metrics to inform decision-making and share clear, tactical hiring insights with recruiting managers
- Balance speed of hiring with quality of hire, ensuring roles are filled efficiently while maintaining a strong bar for talent
