We're growing fast and looking for a hands-on Automation Engineer to help us build, test, and maintain automations for new customers.
What You'll Do
Collaborate directly with customers to understand their workflows and map processes.
Translate customer requirements into automation logic.
Demonstrate and test workflows using Autoworklet's automation platform.
Write Python code to configure automation logic or integrate APIs.
Monitor and troubleshoot automations to ensure reliable performance.
Work closely with internal teams to improve deployment efficiency and scalability.
What We're Looking For
2+ years of professional experience in a technical role.
Strong Python programming skills.
Experience with APIs, scripting, and software testing.
Strong problem-solving and workflow design abilities
Experience leveraging AI coding tools including for code generation, including effective prompting
Excellent English, both spoken and written
Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Comfortable being customer-facing.
Thrives in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
