Job Description
We are looking for a highly skilled identity and access administrator to join the Autodoc I&AM team. This role will partner with architects, project teams, support organizations, and suppliers to improve the employee experience in our global hybrid work environment. You will be part of a high-achiever team developing best-in-class employee experiences.
Job Responsibilities:
Manage and improve identity lifecycle.
Planning, implementing, and maintaining automated identity and access lifecycle processes.
Support day-to-day Identity and Access Management (IAM) activities, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access change requests, including SCIM, SAML, SSO, and related protocols.
Create and maintain documentation related to identity and access management processes.
Collaborate with I&AM Administrators and project stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.
Perform audits to review team member tool access.
Administer Active Directory Hybrid Infrastructure and Microsoft 365 environment.
Manage Windows Server Infrastructure.
Work with Domain Controllers, including Schema, Replication, DNS, Permissions flow, Trust Management, Group Policy Management, Backup/Recovery, and Security.
Provide consultations and training to system administrators and user support.
Job Requirements:
A bachelor’s or higher degree in a related field.
Proficiency in English (B1-B2 level) and Ukranian/Russian is a plus.
Excellent technical, interpersonal, presentation, and problem-resolution skills.
Proven ability to solve technical challenges and contribute to improving our systems and processes.
A Microsoft/Azure certification is considered a plus.
Experience/Required Skills:
Proven experience in information systems administration, including deployment, configuration, troubleshooting, backup, and monitoring.
Strong understanding of technologies and protocols: Azure AD, SCIM, SAML, DNS, Single Sign-on (SSO), OAuth, and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
Excellent experience with Windows Servers, AD, Exchange, OneDrive, MS Office Suite, Intune, Azure AD, and other tertiary Office online suites of SaaS applications required.
Good experience with Linux Server administration.
Strong experience with VMware virtualization.
Strong experience in administering Windows 10/11.
Good experience in PowerShell.
Deep knowledge of network protocols.
Experience with Warehouses as an IT specialist is a plus.
