Job Description
Responsibilities
- Website research and analysis: CJM, UX/UI, Google analytics
- Strategic and tactic planning for website development: new tools development, current tools optimization, designs update
- Project management: Task analysis (value / dependencies), backlog management, decomposition, task estimate with IT development team, prioritization, description and tasks maintenance, daily work with Business development team, removing blocks to complete tasks,
- Kanban board management / Sprints formation
- Running cross-departmental projects between Business development, Marketing and Developers teams for IT tools development and website integration with services (AWS, OPS, Dmt)
Qualifications
- Masters degree in Technologies, or Management
- Language skills: English and Russian - Fluent is a must
- Proven experience in managing websites, business analysis, and marketing
- Experience in website product ownership, UX/UI analysis and development, Google analytics, Project management (Jira, other)
- Ability to run cross-departmental projects and to manage inputs from different departments in order to make projects go-live
- Experience in marketing, designs, analysis of web data, project management, website development
