Job Description
As a Pricing Manager, you will be managing the Pricing Customer Experience working on cross-business and -tech projects and programs. Reporting into the Pricing Director, you will be responsible for driving AUTODOC’s ambitions to improve the way how prices are displayed to our customers: this includes owning reference prices, how discounts and promotions are displayed and communicated to customers and new pricing innovations such as badging driving customer lifetime value.
As a Pricing Manager you will be a link between business and tech working as part of a cross-functional team including Analytics, Data Science, Business, Product and Tech.
Responsibilities:
End-to-end ownership for complex, cross-functional, multi-departmental programs and projects in the Pricing Domain. You drive projects and make data-driven recommendations to sponsors and Steering Committees based on due diligence from your project or program
Defining and shaping target picture of the Pricing Experience at AUTODOC and break down into multiple programs working backwards from the target state
Successfully drive projects and programs across different AUTODOC teams by removing blockers, managing conflicting priorities and handling escalations, quickly identifying critical success factors and risks, and bringing transparency to complex topics
Ensure the project teams complete their work according to plan You constructively challenge the status quo with teams and stakeholders alike.
Influence, engage and build collaborative relationships with all stakeholders to define the scope and manage risks, ensuring successful project and program delivery.
Develop new pricing innovations and establish measurement frameworks to understand impact on customers
Work with Market and Customer research to offer the best pricing experience for AUTODOC customer
Qualifications (Essential)
Graduate or higher degree in a business and/or STEM field, graduate degree preferred
Customer-focused problem-solving skills
Clear and concise verbal and written communication
Solutions-oriented mindset and can work with colleagues from different cultural backgrounds
Ownership – thinks and acts like an owner
Flexibility in your approach and style to adapt to the needs of a project, program as well as audiences and levels of seniority involved.
Requirements:
6+ years experience in project / program management with end-to-end project management experience leading technical, business, and product-oriented projects and programs.
3+ years in ecommerce, consumer goods or pricing
Experience with customer-based A/B testing
Experience with customer experience in ecommerce or online environment
Nice to have:
Project / Program Management certification(s) (preferred)
Market and customer research expertise
