This role is crucial for ensuring the highest quality standards are met and maintained with our 3P suppliers, directly contributing to customer satisfaction and business success.
Responsibilities
- Analyze complaints and customer returns, identify common issues, and communicate findings effectively.
- Issue claims to suppliers based on analysis of defects and inconsistencies.
- Evaluate supplier performance through detailed performance assessments, focusing on consistency, reliability, and quality.
- Conduct technical assessments on identified supplier discrepancies to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Requirements
- Proven experience in supplier quality development, with the ability to manage and enhance supplier relationships effectively.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001 is essential, understanding of IATF 16949 is a plus.
- Basic understanding of automotive parts, including the ability to differentiate between various parts and assess their impact on end-users (e.g., recognizing the difference in impact between a crack in a mirror versus an engine crack).
- Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel and database management.
- Ability to identify top issues and simultaneously address multiple challenges, prioritizing tasks efficiently.
- English B2+, Russian fluent

- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
