Job Description

Job requirements

Monitor, analyze, and manage inventory levels across Autodoc's product categories, with a strong focus on meeting key performance indicators (KPIs) and making data-driven decisions to maintain ideal stock levels.
Cultivate strong partnerships with category-specific suppliers to guarantee on-time and complete delivery of orders. Proactively identify and address any potential supply chain disruptions.
Review and fine-tune ordering system recommendations, taking ownership of the ordering process, including placing orders with suppliers.
Collaborate with various stakeholders, including operations teams, to ensure efficient processing of purchase orders and promptly resolve any supply chain challenges.
Utilize analytical tools such as Microsoft Excel and SQL to dissect data and make well-informed supply chain decisions.
Drive initiatives to enhance supply chain processes, displaying a proactive attitude and contributing to the continuous improvement of operations.
Efficiently oversee multiple projects, demonstrating excellent organizational skills and prioritization capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business, or related field.
5+ years of experience in inventory optimization, supply planning, and supply chain management.
Ability to work with cross-functional teams and deliver cross-functional projects
Proficiency in analytical skills, enabling data-driven decision-making.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
APICS or other relevant certifications.
Demonstrated success in supply planning and inventory management roles.
Proven track record of improving inventory optimization and supply chain efficiency.
Leadership experience in cross-functional teams.
Strong project management skills.
Fluency in English; proficiency in Russian is preferred.
