Requirements
- Proven experience in product management, specifically in conversational AI or related fields.
- Strong understanding of telephony services, with experience in solutions like Twilio for building call flows with multiple queues.
- Solid understanding and/or experience with Large Language Model (LLM) applications for conversational AI.
