Australia onlyWe’re looking for an experienced End-to-End Systems Architect to help us deliver our company wide tech transformation. This is a once in a career opportunity to influence the architecture of an enterprise-wide systems landscape from the ground up, working with the latest technology and design patterns including event sourcing, microservices, schema driven design, and K8s.
Requirements
- Bachelor degree in computer science, telecommunications engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years Experience in the telecommunication industry and working in commercial grade IT teams.
- Proven experience developing enterprise grade business systems, API designs, and hands on experience with service-oriented architecture, event-driven architecture, and infrastructure architecture.
- A deep understanding of network technologies used to deliver data, voice, and unified communications services.
- Experience working on partner-led COTS & SaaS implementation projects (eg. Salesforce, ServiceNow, etc).
- Experience in TM Forum Open Digital Architecture (ODA).
- A history of evangelising good architecture and design practices across the organisation.
- A passion for user-experience outcomes and the ability to translate business requirements into solutions that are loved by users.
- Exposure to vendor selection processes, building rubrics, and business cases, product catalogues, product ordering, automated provisioning, product and network inventory, orchestration, project management, billing, and assurance.
- Exposure to solutions architecture and BSS/OSS components.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
