At ATÖLYE, multidisciplinary teams work together around a simple devotion: creating a meaningful return on experience through the journeys people take, the spaces they move through and the capabilities they develop. The company collaborates closely with leaders and organisations confronting complex challenges, combining strategic thinking with creativity, community participation and practical implementation. Its community-powered approach brings together diverse disciplines and perspectives so that transformation can be reflected in everyday experiences as well as in broader organisational strategies.

The work is organised through three interconnected practices: 360°, which designs experiences and services for public and private organisations; Space, which applies architecture and spatial design to culture, behaviour and performance; and Academy, which creates cohort-based capability-building programmes for organisations navigating change. These practices are supported by ATÖLYE's Creative Hub at Emirates Towers in Dubai. Founded in Istanbul in 2013 and now operating internationally across the Middle East and Europe, ATÖLYE combines a multicultural, hybrid working environment with an emphasis on sustained collaboration, diverse viewpoints and close partnership between its creative, strategic, technical and facilitation disciplines.
