MultiDrive was engineered to be a truly free, ad-free, and user-centric solution, setting it apart from competitors by offering parallel task execution and a clean, modern user interface right out of the box. The development of MultiDrive was a meticulous process, focusing on creating a Minimum Lovable Product that delivers not just functionality but a superior user experience from the very first interaction.

Our innovation extends beyond software to the very architecture of our tools. For MultiDrive, we adopted the Model-View-ViewModel (MVVM) pattern to ensure a robust and scalable application, allowing for rapid delivery of new features and improvements. We delved deep into low-level disk operations, enabling fine-grained control over storage devices without reliance on third-party wrappers. This allows for direct interaction with disk partitions and sectors, a level of control typically reserved for high-priced, professional-grade systems. To make full disk backups both efficient and accessible, we integrated ZIP compression, a widely supported and easy-to-use format. For data storage within the application, we chose LiteDB, a lightweight, embedded NoSQL database, to manage task metadata seamlessly, enabling features like task resumption and history browsing.
