Position Overview

A revolution cannot be done alone, and we need the best and brightest talent to continue our growth into the new modern workplace. We are looking for a Global Treasury Associate to further support our Treasury team in this journey. Atlas has local entities (bank accounts and relationships) in 160 countries, and it is therefore a truly global business. The position is fully remote, but the candidate must be based preferably in APAC or EMEA time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitoring daily the global cash management, positioning, and cash flow forecasting activities
• Assisting on the global, local banking and payment service provider relationships
• Reconciling treasury transactions, payments and bank accounts
• Supporting the implementation of cash concentration, physical and notional pooling structures creating efficiency within the overall global bank account framework
• Partnering with the A/P and A/R teams on process improvements and automation
• Analyzing and responding to accounting, controlling and audit queries on a timely manner
• Ad hoc Treasury projects as required

About You

• You have a bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration or Accounting
• You have at least 2 years of experience with Treasury at a scaleup company or FinTech
• You have a good understanding of banking systems and international business involving multi-currency transactions
• You are familiar with the requirements and complexities of global payments (ACH, SEPA, SWIFT, API connectivity, banking platforms, TMS, etc.)
• You have the ability to prioritize, organize and effectively manage time with little direction and oversight to meet deadlines
• You have excellent communication, organizational and problem-solving skills
• You have strong MS Office and Excel knowledge
• You are fluent in English (other Asian or European language is a plus)
