What you’ll do
- Lead high-quality scientific exchange with key experts to advance understanding of rare diseases
- Generate and deliver actionable insights that shape medical strategy and planning
- Establish and maintain strong, trusted partnerships with clinicians and academic leaders
- Collaborate cross‑functionally to support launches, lifecycle management and scientific initiatives
- Plan, prioritise and implement field activity with excellence and autonomy
- Continuously advance your expertise through learning, scientific engagement and peer exchange
Essential requirements for this position
- Scientific background (medical, pharmacy, PhD or similar)
- Proven ability to communicate complex scientific information clearly and credibly
- Strong project/time management skills
- Proven customer engagement and collaboration skills
- Valid Driver's licence and willingness to travel domestically
- For Senior MSL – at least 2–3 years' MSL experience with demonstrated impact
Desirable for the role
- Rare disease or neurology experience
- Experience in scientific education or peer‑to‑peer training
- Launch experience
- Leadership potential, with the ability to mentor or guide peers (Senior MSL)
