【募集の背景 / Purpose & Scope】 As an M365 SharePoint Developer, you will contribute to our digital initiatives within our agile organization. Our agile operating model consists of two core components—Digital Capability and Digital Execution. Digital Execution aligns missions with business goals to enable collaboration, while Digital Capability focuses on developing specialized expertise. This structure supports scalable agile practices, balancing product delivery with skill growth.In this role, you will design, develop, deploy, and maintain Microsoft 365 (M365) applications, leveraging your experience to deliver effective, enterprise-grade solutions. Your primary focus will be on SharePoint Online, Power Platform and at least one/two more from the key M365 technologies – Enterprise Search, Co-Pilot Studio, VIVA Connections – to support business needs. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions, performing with minimal supervision while recognizing when to seek guidance to maintain project pace. This position offers exposure to cutting-edge technology and the opportunity to contribute to impactful digital initiatives.
【職務の内容 / Essential Job Responsibilities】 (雇入れ直後) 1. Design, develop, and deploy M365 applications and workflows using SharePoint Online, and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) ensuring functionality and performance. 2. Collaborate with stakeholders to conduct business analyses, identify needs, and deliver tailored solutions aligned with organizational goals, adapting communication for non-technical audiences as needed. 3. Configure and customize SharePoint Online sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts to improve productivity and information management. 4. Build business applications using Power Platform to automate processes, create intuitive apps, and visualize data effectively. 5. Based on the skill set perform one/two out of the following three functions: Enterprise Search for efficient information retrieval or build AI-driven automation solutions using Co-Pilot Studio or enhance employee engagement through VIVA Connections. 6. Integrate M365 solutions with external systems (e.g., CRM, ERP) using tools like Azure Logic Apps or custom development as needed. 7. Provide technical support for SharePoint Online and others, resolving issues with business users and delivery teams. 8. Work independently and be resourceful in resolving challenges, however seeking guidance and help when necessary to maintain project momentum. 9. Performance Monitoring and Optimization: Regularly monitor performance of applications and identify bottlenecks. 10. Security & Compliance: Ensure the applications are secure, compliant, and projects adhere to SLC best practices, including managing identity and access and securing data. Generate and maintain related documentation as needed. 11. Data Reporting: work with related reporting platforms to summarize data maintained in the system. 12. Initiative Execution: Actively participate in and contribute to various initiatives, applying your specialized skills to achieve the objectives and expected Value. Contribute to the ongoing realization of Value from these enterprise platforms through continuous integration and deployment. 13. Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members within the subdivision and across other digital and business units. 14. Continuous Learning: Engage in continuous learning and professional development to stay abreast of the latest trends and technologies in a specific area of expertise. 15. Innovation: Contribute innovative ideas and approaches to enhance project outcomes and digital capabilities. 16. Reporting: Regularly report on system use to your Capability Lead, VT captain, and team members. 17. Problem-Solving: Employ analytical and problem-solving skills to overcome project challenges and deliver effective solutions. 18. Quality Assurance: Ensure the highest quality and consistency in the work delivered.

【応募要件 / Qualifications】 <必須 / Required> 1. Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Technology). 2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience developing and configuring solutions in Microsoft 365, with specific expertise in SharePoint Online and Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate). 3. Proficiency with one/two more of the key MS technologies – Enterprise Search, Co-Pilot Studio, VIVA Connections – including hands-on development and configuration. 4. Demonstrated ability to perform business analyses, collaborating with stakeholders to define and deliver technical solutions. 5. Experience working on SharePoint development, including sites, lists, libraries, flows, and web parts. 6. Proficiency in related technologies such as .NET, CSS, HTML5, PowerShell, REST APIs, and basic UI/UX design principles. 7. Understanding of relational databases and SQL. 8. Experience with Agile methodologies and basic version control (e.g., Azure DevOps or Git). 9. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, quickly learning new skills while recognizing when to seek help to avoid delays. 10. Excellent communication skills, both solid written and verbal Japanese and English, and cultural adaptability to collaborate efficiently with technical teams across Japan, Europe and US. 11. Solid problem-solving capabilities to troubleshoot and resolve issues in applications and workflows. Good written and verbal communication skills for explaining solutions to stakeholders.
