The Total Rewards Senior Analyst is a key player in the analysis, implementation, and operations of global mobility, recognition, and total rewards philosophies and programs, policies, and structures for the global organization.
You will be a key partner to our internal stakeholders (People Org, Finance, Legal, etc.) to address mobility and recognition questions, concerns, regulations, and resolutions. You will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations, creating analyses and models to better understand trends and opportunities. Additionally, this role is critical in ensuring we establish and maintain market-competitive practices and programs that attract and retain high-value talent.
The incumbent is a key partner in providing seamless service to employees, managers, leaders, and vendors while supporting all global mobility, recognition, and total rewards services. The role also supports processes and documentation for programs, process improvements, and other enterprise initiatives.
Primary job responsibilities include but are not limited to:
1) Serve as primary support resource for global mobility and recognition, including but not limited to program support, including immigration, relocation, business, travelers, personal work abroad requests; custom research in response to evolving market trends and/or PBP and executive requests (30%)
2) Manage day to day operations of Global Mobility and Recognition, including but not limited to data management in WorkDay, Sharepoint and Teams site management, invoicing, and maintaining case logs. (30%)
3) Design and develop analytical models that assess the competitiveness and effectiveness of existing and proposed mobility and recognition programs. Conduct custom analyses, audits, and compliance reviews and create executive-ready presentations with your findings and proposals. (20%)
4) Collaborate with external and internal partners to develop and manage global processes and encourage consistent application of all service offerings (10%)
5) Support Global Mobility, Recognition and broader Total Rewards and Wellbeing team with various projects. (10%)
Qualifications Required
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business or related field is preferred
- 3-5 years previous experience in human resources or related field
- Strong interpersonal skills; able to build credible, trusting relationships with a variety of stakeholders, leaders and employees
- Ability and desire to learn and problem-solve in unfamiliar or ambiguous circumstances; demonstrate sound personal judgment
- Demonstrated ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment with many new challenges. Highly proficient at adjusting to varying demands and multiple deliverables; can pivot quickly when change occurs
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and comfortable communicating with all levels of the organization
- Proficient in use of MS Office suite of tools, including but not limited to Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint
- Strong attention to detail
- Critical thinking and analytical skills
- Self-starter with ability to drive results
- Fluency in English
