United States onlyWe are seeking an experienced Property Liability Claims Adjuster to manage a caseload of low to moderate severity Homeowners Liability claims. The role focuses on non-litigated liability claims from first notice of loss through resolution and requires independent judgment, strong analytical skills, and confident negotiation.
Requirements
- Active Adjuster's License in all applicable states (or ability to obtain/maintain as required)
- Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years of liability claims experience
- Expert knowledge of comparative and contributory negligence, joint & several liability, and pro-rata fault
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong critical thinking, analytical reasoning, and problem-solving abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple claims in a fast-paced environment
- Self-starter comfortable working independently and making defensible decisions
