Assurant is seeking a skilled Guidewire Policy Center Engineering/Producer Engage Manager to lead the technical aspects of Policy Center implementation and maintenance. The Manager will oversee project timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure successful implementation and integration of Guidewire Policy/Engagement Center.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Guidewire Policy center and Producer Engage Implementation, Configuration, Integration, Custom Development and Testing Frameworks
  • 5+ years of Java / GOSU programming
  • 2+ years of Guidewire cloud or v10 experience
  • 3+ years of proven management experience in leading software development teams and managing projects
  • Guidewire ACE Certification in Policy Center and Producer Engage
  • Familiarity with property and casualty insurance industry standards and practices
  • Experience in Agile or SAFe Agile methodologies and processes
