  • Content Production Specialist (Bilingual – Spanish & English)

    Job Summary

    The Content Production Specialist is responsible for performing quality assurance (QA) on technical and support content prior to publication, acting as the final validation point before content is released to premium customers. This role focuses primarily on Spanish‑language content, with occasional support in English, and requires exceptional attention to detail, strong writing and proofreading skills, and a genuine interest in technology. The position is 100% remote and part of a global, cross‑functional team.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Perform QA on technical and support content primarily in Spanish and occasionally in English, including user manuals, videos, how‑to guides, and troubleshooting articles.
    • Review content for grammar, spelling, accuracy, formatting, categorization, device associations, and adherence to established quality and style guidelines.
    • Ensure published content is appropriate for a premium customer experience and does not include references to competitors, retailers, or negative product messaging.
    • Approve and publish content in the CMS or reject submissions with clear, actionable feedback when standards are not met.
    • Collaborate closely with linking agents, technical writers, and other QA specialists across global teams.
    • Identify content gaps, missing devices, and opportunities to improve content coverage.
    • Stay informed about technology trends, consumer devices, IoT, and emerging topics relevant to content creation.
    • Independently manage a QA work queue, including an initial backlog of content.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • Bilingual or very fluent in both Spanish and English, written and verbal (non‑negotiable requirement).
    • Excellent writing, proofreading, and content review skills.
    • Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
    • Genuine interest in technology and ability to learn new devices and concepts quickly.
    • Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
    • Strong communication skills to provide feedback and collaborate with distributed teams.

    Preferred Background

    • Experience in content QA, technical writing, technical translation, copywriting, or technical support.
    • Experience working with CMS platforms or structured content workflows.
    • Prior exposure to technology, tech support, or knowledge base/content creation environments.
    • Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required if relevant experience is demonstrated.
