We're searching for an Implementation Manager to facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to Assignar while driving customer adoption and retention.
Requirements
- 2–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations, set expectations, and drive outcomes
- A proactive approach to customer engagement and risk management, ensuring customers remain on track throughout onboarding
- A data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer progress and success metrics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
- Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
- Experience training customers on a B2B SAAS product.
