We're searching for an Implementation Manager to facilitate customer onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition to Assignar while driving customer adoption and retention.

Requirements

2–5 years of experience in SaaS onboarding, implementation, or project management
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple implementations, set expectations, and drive outcomes
A proactive approach to customer engagement and risk management, ensuring customers remain on track throughout onboarding
A data-driven mindset with experience tracking customer progress and success metrics
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving startup environment
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams
Experience training customers on a B2B SAAS product.
