The ideal candidate will lead the creation, execution, and ongoing refinement of the Americas specification program and drive measurable, specification-to-sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 10+ years’ experience in technical or architectural building product sales
- Strong background in specifications within the construction industry
- Proficiency with architectural tools (SolidWorks, CAD, Revit, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings
- Excellent communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills
- Experience leading specification or architectural sales teams
- CSI experience/certification (preferred)
- Mechanical aptitude and advanced Microsoft application skills
