The role involves sales and customer relationship focus, developing strategic plans, and delivering presentations to C-level decision makers.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- Minimum of 10 years’ experience with complex and integrated sales, Asset Management, Software Solution and Consultative Selling
- Experience with Asset (Capital) Management, Capital Planning, Maintenance Management, Energy Management
- Experience with C-Suite level selling, presenting, negotiating
- Understanding of buildings and infrastructure, such as facilities management, condition assessments, engineering, building science, maintenance management, and energy management
- Valid Drivers' License in good standing, issued by State of residence (travel to client sites will be required)
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.), SaleForce software
