Requirements
- Define program scope, goals, deliverables, timelines, milestones, resources, risks, and dependencies aligned with organizational objectives.
- Lead and support cross-functional teams (software, hardware, product, design, QA, operations) to ensure effective execution and goal attainment.
- Oversee execution of all projects to ensure on-time, on-scope, and on-budget delivery while proactively identifying and resolving risks, issues, blockers, and conflicts.
- Coordinate inter-team dependencies and external constraints, maintaining alignment on priorities and delivery plans.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for senior leadership, clients, and stakeholders; manage expectations and communicate program status, risks, issues, and progress.
- Develop, manage, and report on program budgets; track expenditures, ensure financial targets are met, and identify cost-saving opportunities.
- Drive continuous improvement through performance analysis, best-practice implementation, and corrective actions.
- Support internal ISO audits and act as a key contact for external quality audits related to program and engineering processes.
