ASRC Federal Agile Decision Sciences LLC is hiring a Salesforce Developer (Intermediate) with an active Secret clearance or higher to support the SEC’s Low Code / No Code modernization portfolio. This position will design and enhance scalable Salesforce applications that enable Army organizations to manage operations, logistics, and communications more efficiently through intelligent automation and data visualization. This position works as part of a collaborative, multi-platform Low-Code Center of Excellence (LCCoE) team that includes Appian, Salesforce, ServiceNow, Power Platform, and Army Vantage developers. Team members share best practices, participate in Agile sprints, and support integrated modernization projects across the Army enterprise. As a member of a cross-functional Agile team, you’ll collaborate with analysts, architects, and program managers to translate mission requirements into secure, high-performing solutions built on the Salesforce platform. Responsibilities

• Develop Lightning components, Flows, and automation tools in Salesforce.
• Customize objects, fields, and page layouts to align with user needs.
• Integrate Salesforce with external systems and data sources.
• Support user interface improvements and system scalability.
• Participate in Agile sprints, stand-ups, and design reviews.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or similar preferred or 4+ additional years of work experience in lieu of degree.
• 2+ years Salesforce development experience.
• Proficiency in Lightning, Apex, Flow, and SOQL.
• Familiarity with security controls and DoD standards.
• Active DoD Secret clearance or higher. Candidates without a minimum of a Secret clearance will not be considered.
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.

Preferred Qualifications

• Salesforce Platform App Builder or Developer certification.
• Experience supporting Army or large Federal CRM initiatives.
• Agile experience.
