What your day will look like:

• Assist customers and their business partners with inquiries regarding our automotive logistics systems and operations
• Monitor day-to-day system operations to promptly resolve data issues, reporting critical alerts immediately
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, generate reports, and communicate concerns and opportunities to both internal and external stakeholders
• Test system enhancements and bug fixes to ensure seamless functionality
• Identify, troubleshoot, and articulate system or data issues in a clear and understandable manner to customers and software developers
• Possess a working knowledge of database management systems and understand table relationships within databases
• Ability to read, navigate, and comprehend technical design documents
• Demonstrate excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Exhibit outstanding oral and written communication skills

About You:

• At least a Bachelor's degree (Preferably in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Management Information Systems) is essential
• At least 1+ years of relevant experience is essential
• Previous experience supporting applications in a logistics or supply chain environment is highly desirable
• Fluent in Spanish and have at least a professional level of English, both written and verbal, is essential
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience with SQL and understanding of relational database concepts
• Familiarity with Toad for Oracle, Jira, and Confluence
• Legally authorized to work in Mexico
