The Senior Manager, Instructional Design will integrate L&D techniques with top-notch talent strategies, designing and delivering impactful learning experiences, and producing quality performance resources.
Requirements
- 6+ years of professional work experience
- 5+ years of learning project management experience
- 2+ years of experience in Instructional Design or equivalent education/experience
- At least 2 years of experience with Articulate products and Adobe CC
- At least 2 years of experience designing and maintaining instructional design processes and tools
- At least 1 year of experience with train the trainer, mentoring, coaching, and/or developing other instructional designers
- Ability to lead the design process for different types of learning with staff partners, from idea generation to program development
