THE ROLE

The Associate, Digital will be responsible for building and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple buying platforms, as well as communicating in a proactive, professional manner.

ESSENTIAL DUTES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Launch, track and adjust the performance of real-time bidding, paid search, and paid social media campaigns
  • Schedule and traffic creative
  • Create tracking pixels and troubleshoot technical issues
  • Ensure brand safety and pixel integrity across accounts
  • Develop deep understanding of clients’ business and objectives
  • Assist in creating digital media strategies for new client campaigns
  • Provide reports and updates to internal and external clients as needed
  • Keep up with industry trends and best practices
  • Collaborate, communicate and share best practices across the organization
  • Cooperatively take on other responsibilities as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Detail-oriented
  • Strong analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Desire to continually learn and improve
  • Ability to work well within a team as well as self-manage under deadlines
  • Professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Willingness to work traditional and non-traditional office hours as needed

COMPENSATION

Competitive salary of up to $59,000 and a generous benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, paid vacation, and 401k plan.

WORKING CONDITIONS

Location: Remote USA

This is a 100% remote role, but we cannot currently hire in California, New York, or Washington
