The Regional Technical Manager - Refrigeration is responsible for implementing the long-term upstream sales strategy in the assigned territories through insulation technical leadership and driving insulation product specification and penetration.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in technical field or related field required.
- Minimum of 3–5 years of territory experience in HVAC, plumbing, construction, equipment industries with a familiarity of the refrigeration industry preferred.
- Expert knowledge on bid/specification process for commercial, HVAC, plumbing, refrigeration, and industrial markets.
- The ability to read mechanical drawings to identify application and equipment for products.
- The ability to travel up to 65%.
- Excellent written, oral and presentation skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and Salesforce.com, or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform.
