Position Title:
Senior Client Success Manager – Data, Cloud & Integration
The Senior Client Success Manager at Argano is responsible for managing a small to mid-sized portfolio of clients, focusing on relationship development, client satisfaction, and identifying opportunities for growth. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Account Management within technology services, ideally with exposure to Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, MuleSoft, AWS, or System Integration offerings.
These client-focused professionals act as trusted partners, connecting client needs with Argano’s technical and professional services. They are skilled communicators who can articulate the value of complex technology solutions while ensuring an excellent client experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and strengthen long-term client relationships to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Partner with clients to identify opportunities for new or enhanced products and services aligned with their business objectives.
- Conduct client training sessions on new or updated offerings to ensure effective adoption.
- Monitor client satisfaction and proactively address any issues or areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with clients to develop and implement strategies that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Identify and recommend solutions based on an understanding of client needs, market trends, and Argano’s capabilities.
- Develop and execute account plans and sales strategies to drive growth within existing accounts.
- Create, manage, and grow client accounts and relationships, ensuring a seamless experience with Argano.
- Analyze client data and feedback to uncover insights, drive revenue opportunities, and improve retention.
Minimum and Preferred Qualifications
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred.
Experience:
- 5-8 years of experience in client success, account management, or sales within the technology services industry.
- Experience in cloud data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, Tableau, MuleSoft, AWS) or System Integration services strongly preferred.
- Prior client-facing experience such as Client Success Manager, Account Manager, or Sales Representative preferred.
- Proficiency in IT solutions and services.
