ArchWell Health is seeking a Chief Operating Officer to lead field and central operations across its multisite platform. The COO will play an integral role in helping the company turn scale into a more unified, repeatable operating system.
Requirements
- Senior healthcare operator with meaningful multisite scale, geographic complexity, and P&L responsibility.
- Experience in value-based care, with a strong understanding of the operating levers and economics of a risk-bearing business.
- Experience working with physicians in a clinic-based primary care and/or brick-and-mortar healthcare setting.
- Comfortable in a sponsor-backed environment and able to work effectively with the CEO, CFO, and Board.
- Track record of leading material growth, including de novo market expansion, new-site openings, and building repeatability across markets.
- Proven ability to build operating infrastructure, improve execution, and drive performance through metrics and management cadence.
- Hands-on leader who can identify performance gaps and translate them into practical operating improvements.
- Strong judgment around where standardization is needed and where local flexibility improves results.
- High talent bar, with experience building teams, upgrading leadership, and leading through change.
- Effective partner to clinical leadership in a dyad-style model.
- High emotional intelligence, resilience, humility, and credibility; able to lead through ambiguity and maintain confidence across various stakeholders.
