What will your day look like?

  • Play a critical role in generating leads while acting as the liaison between our Marketing and Sales teams.
  • Perform outreach activities in Europe to generate appointments for the European Sales Team.
  • Generate qualified leads by researching, contacting, and developing relationships with prospects through cold calls, emails, and social selling.
  • Organize and facilitate meetings to transition prospects to your executive sales team.
  • Generate leads from various types of campaigns (marketing, cold call, social, etc) within the software and/or professional service world.
  • Excellent communication and listening skills are key in order to develop lasting relationships with prospects based on current business issues, industry trends, regulations, and future initiatives.
  • Utilize various sales tools to track all activities on a daily basis.

Skills and attributes for success:

  • Work experience (3-5 years) as an Inside Sales, Business Development Representative
  • Successfully executed cold call campaigns
  • Track record of achieving quotas
  • Ability and willingness to learn complex IT solutions
  • Experience with CRM software (Salesforce.com)
  • Basic understanding of Microsoft Office/Google, etc.
  • Willingness to work hard in a team environment
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
  • Able to work independently and deliver results
  • Experience in Telemarketing, knowledge of Supply chain business process, experience in SAP SCM is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills, from middle to top management
  • Fluent in English, other languages are a plus
