We are ARB Interactive, a fast-growing startup behind Modo Casino, and we're looking for a VIP Account Manager to provide exceptional support to VIP players, building strong relationships and ensuring a rewarding experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience in the online Social Casino or iGaming industry is highly preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years in VIP Account Management, Business Development, or a similar role.
  • Proven ability to conduct outreach campaigns that drive engagement and growth
  • Expert in player engagement, retention, and loyalty-building strategies.
  • Strong knowledge of social casino trends and player behavior.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
