United States onlyARB Interactive is seeking a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design efforts across their suite of products, creating compelling user experiences that drive engagement, conversion, and retention.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product design on mobile platforms.
- Deep understanding of mobile interaction patterns, user behavior, and best practices for iOS and Android.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools) for design, prototyping, and collaboration.
- Experience working in social or gaming products; real-money gaming or sweepstakes experience is a strong plus.
- Ability to balance business needs, technical constraints, and user empathy in your design approach.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to clearly articulate design rationale to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams and comfort in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field preferred.
