Agile Delivery Consultant | Contract - 3m + | Remote | Outside IR35

An experienced Agile Delivery Consultant is needed at Appsbroker CTS to support upcoming customer projects for a 3 month initial contract with extensions likely beyond that.

This would be a primarily remote based role, with possibly some infrequent travel to client sites in the UK.

Role Overview:

Appsbroker CTS is dynamic and the role is varied, so you’ll get involved in a wide range of activities to meet customer requirements and objectives, but here are the things you’ll definitely do:

• Plan and implement the Analysis activity for assigned projects; including leading the engagement with stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand/challenge their value.
• Lead the Business Analysis engagement; working closely with internal stakeholders, end clients and delivery teams. Where required challenging the delivery model and ensuring clarity across the teams for delivery.
• Document and manage traceability of business, functional and nonfunctional requirements; manage the backlog as ‘Product Owner’ on behalf of the client, validate the delivered features and support test activity.
• Work closely with technical professionals to help define solutions that deliver value, understand business benefits and dependencies.
• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies and assist others to understand the Agile approach and Scrum framework - coaching where necessary.
• Create and deliver presentations to demonstrate delivered features and explain how they meet client needs.

• An understanding of Cloud and enterprise IT
• Previous experience in one or more of the following:
• Pre-sales consultancy
• Business, Systems or Technical Analysis
• Scrum Master/Agile Coaching
• Systems development
• Change/Project Management
• Experience using Jira or something similar
• Business Analysis qualification
