• Proven Leadership: A significant track record (Staff/Lead level) of delivering complex software projects and mentoring teams.
• Generalist 'Chops': Deep proficiency in modern software development.
• System Design Fundamentals: You understand queues, caching, database schemas, and API design.
• Curiosity: You have a demonstrated interest in Generative AI and are hungry to make this your career focus.
• Communication: Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal).
• Remote Collaboration: Experience working effectively with distributed teams across North America and LATAM time zones.
