Requirements
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead in complex, fast-moving product or eCommerce environments
- Strong track record of improving team discipline, flow, and delivery hygiene
- High tolerance for pressure and ambiguity without abandoning process integrity
- Commercial awareness — understanding the cost of inefficiency, rework, and missed expectations
- Ability to challenge constructively and hold boundaries with empathy and confidence
- Process & Delivery Fluency
- Technical Appreciation (Non-Hands-On)
- Strong experience with Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, and collaboration tools
- Agile certification (CSM, PSM, or equivalent) preferred
- Naturally observant; sees patterns others miss
- Calm, grounded, and credible under pressure
- Direct but human — able to enforce standards without eroding trust
- Values consistency, discipline, and integrity over heroics
- Cares deeply about teams doing their best work in sustainable ways
- Comfortable being the “steady voice” when others are rushing
