Coordinator RES - US Based Remote

Primary Function:

Process tasks, including updating system and following up for outstanding documents.

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

• Process real estate related tasks submitted to central router box. Tasks include sending broker welcome packages, completing broker intro calls, inputting information into the system, and following up on outstanding or outdated paperwork/information
• Manage to client policy in ATLAS
• Forward disclosure documents to Disclosure Review router box for processing
• Maintenance of weekly caseload report to ensure agent compliance to due dates and process
• Maintain automated BMA order router box – update system with orders and manually order those that couldn’t be processed automatically
• Maintain market update router box – update system with receipt of market update, notify CSC of receipt, address questions received in the box
• Notify the appropriate in-house recipients of urgent items in a timely and efficient manner
• Correctly upload and label all necessary documents in ATLAS
• Assist with on-going process design and improvements
• Archive e-mails and other sensitive materials

Qualifications/Selection Criteria:

• Customer service background preferred, but not required
• Demonstrated proficiency in a Windows environment (Outlook & Microsoft Office Suite)
