The Client Experience Specialist is a service-minded professional who manages all non-licensed aspects of the transaction, from contract to close, to create a seamless experience for the agent, consumer and all deal parties.
Requirements
- Perform non-licensed administrative tasks for real estate agents
- Identify and manage contractual dates and deadlines
- Ensure timely, efficient, and accurate transaction closing
- Collaborate with agent services department, agents, and third parties
- Organize transaction details in systems and provide updates to parties
- Serve as deal stakeholder's point-of-contact for agents and clients
- Coordinate scheduling of home inspections, appraisals, and closings
- Regularly update and manage communication with parties involved
