JOB SUMMARY – To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.

Responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing comprehensive marketing strategies to promote for the Cardiovascular – Arterial GBU, aiming to increase market share, drive sales, and maintain a strong brand image by planning campaigns, analyzing market data, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
▪ Lead the development of compelling marketing content to protect and enhance CV-A’s brand identity across all communication channels
▪ Design and launch marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, social media, print, etc.); effectively manage Advertising and Promotional process (PSST)
▪ Manage campaign budgets and track performance metrics (ROI, conversion rates, etc.)
▪ Analyze campaign data to optimize strategies and identify areas for improvement
▪ Conduct market research to identify target audiences and market trends; analyze feedback to inform marketing decisions
▪ Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, medical affairs, medical education, operation and R&D to align marketing efforts
▪ Collaborate with the field marketing manager to execute on trade show events, global sales meetings, CVSF, regional meetings, and sales training activities
▪ Attend and support company sponsored events such as trade shows, global sales meetings, regional meetings, and sales training activities
▪ Host monthly Field Advisory Board meetings to gain commercial insights and better define marketing strategies
▪ Support financial reporting for monthly and quarterly business reviews, showcasing sales results and KPIs
▪ Communicate effectively to sales team and ELT
▪ Leverage marketing insights and data to accurately forecast future product demand, collaborating closely with sales and operations teams to ensure the company produces and stocks the right amount of inventory, optimizing sales strategies based on predicted demand fluctuations, and ultimately contributing to efficient supply chain management by proactively managing customer demand (allocations during LMR, etc.)
▪ Collaborate with Cardiovascular-Venous team to promote CV portfolio
▪ Partner with legal, regulatory and other internal departments to ensure proper adherence to regulatory and quality system processes and regulations
▪ May perform other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS –The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill or ability required.

Education and Experience
▪ Bachelor’s Level of Degree in the Marketing or related field of study
▪ 3 years of demonstrated experience in sales/marketing
▪ Any preferred education, experience or certifications: MBA, Medical Device experience preferred

Skills/Knowledge
▪ Excellent verbal and written communication skills. The ability to present effectively in front of large groups is essential
▪ Demonstrated organizational, analytical and problem-solving skills
▪ Self-starter able to work well within the group environment. Must have an entrepreneurial spirit and be able to excel in a team environment
▪ Strong analytical skills
▪ Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, demanding environment
▪ Demonstrated project management skills and highly developed communication skills at all levels of the organization
▪ Must feel comfortable challenging current thinking and be flexible to adapt to changing requirements and priorities
▪ Proficient in the following computer software applications: Microsoft Office
▪ Exceptional interpersonal skills.
▪ Strong organizational skills.
▪ Strong communication skills (written and verbal).
▪ Ability to effectively communicate both internally and externally.
▪ Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance. instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
▪ This position requires some travel up to 20% of the time
